*Note that if you book an appointment it is assumed that you read through the policy and website thoroughly *

BOOKING ONLINE

  • New clients must fill out the new client form before booking

  • Color is not a service that can be provided if you have not been seen for and curly cut first. If it is booked and you are a new client, your appointment will be canceled 

  • I will tell you what to book according to the information sent in. The pricing may however change based on their status upon arrival. (Hair volume, density, length, etc)

  • If a proper photo is not sent, the service time suggested may not be enough time to fulfill the service required. Hair goals may not be met and you WILL BE CHARGE FOR THE FULL SERVICE via the payment method you reserved your appointment with 

Service provided and refunds 

  • Each service provided is followed through with education on how to take care of your curls; with a style and a product walkthrough tailored to the climate of Colorado. I’m dedicated to making sure my clients are satisfied, so if for any reason you’re not pleased with your results, I will do my best to make it right. It’s important to voice any concerns you may have within the time allotted for your session or within one week of receiving your service.

  • No services will be rushed! Curly hair is not an in-and-out service. Especially if you are booked for a combo service.

  • I will not perform a service I am not familiar with, so please come in with realistic expectations

  • Services and products are nonrefundable

  • By agreeing to book a service at the salon, you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Salon Policies. A text or email message will be sent to new clients when booking their appointment, which will suggest what type of appointment to book. It is important to note that if you book a shorter amount of time than suggested, only the services for the amount of time booked will be provided and the full service may not be met. It is important to confirm with the salon what services can be provided in the time you book for.

Confirmation policy

  • All scheduled appointments require a payment method to hold your appointment. This will confirm your appointment if you decide to not show up or cancel last minute.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform me 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged either the full or partial amount of the service. You may call or leave an email letting me know you are not able to make it to the salon.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of whatever the service is but please be respectful of my time

  • Arriving 10 minutes or later will result in a canceled appointment and you will be charged the appointment fee automatically be canceled. Communication is key!

Child and minor services policy

  • Children aged 3 to 12 can receive a curly kids session, which can last from one to two hours depending on their hair. It is important that an adult must be present during the service for safety reasons. If the child becomes uncomfortable or disruptive, the service cannot be completed, and the full appointment fee will be charged. It is important to note that sheers are used during these services, making them potentially dangerous. Parents know their children best, so it is best to wait until the child is ready to have their hair service completed.

Detanglemeant policy

  • Upon arriving at your appointment, it is important that you come with your hair already detangled. If it is determined that extra time is needed to detangle your hair, then a detanglement fee of $50 will be applied. Please note that if the service booked cannot be completed due to the extra time needed for detangling, then s new appointment will need to be rescheduled at the original price.

Color policy and hair damage

  • Color services can be a tricky decision and should not be taken lightly. It is important to consider the overall health of the hair before performing a color service and to be aware of the risks associated with the color services. It is especially important to refrain from coloring the hair for first-time curly clients, as a curly cut should come first. Ultimately, healthy hair should be the top priority and all customers should be informed and honest about the condition of their hair. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the hair is completely dried after performing a color service to ensure the best possible results.

  • I am a professional and I take my work seriously. I strive to be the best that I can be in my field and I am aware that I have my limits. I may not be a wizard, but I do my best to ensure that I am providing the best possible service with the skills, knowledge, and experience I have. I believe that this is the best way to do my job, and I take pride in my work, 

  • Curly hair that is damaged can be a difficult situation to deal with. It is important to discuss the issue with me before booking an appointment. Depending on the level of damage, it may be necessary to accept the fact that the only way to get healthy hair is to go for a big chop. Unfortunately, if the damage is too severe, it may not be possible to make the hair curl again. It is important to keep in mind that the best way to keep hair healthy and beautiful is to care for it properly and avoid using too much heat.

  • Color is not cheap. If you have a bigger volume of curls chances are color will cost more. Please be prepared for prices.

  • A consultation is always done before color, about the color history and chemicals that may be in the hair. If the hair reacts by either turning different colors or melting hair or hair damage. I am not responsible. If you did not tell me the truth about your hair. Please be honest with your hair. I am not here to judge but to get the best results and satisfaction

Salon Policies and asking

  • You are allowed to have one guest with you at all times my space is not the biggest please be considerate of the room

  • Please, no kids under five, unless you let me know before the appointment

  • I have the right to refuse service to anyone

  • If you have allergies, please let me know beforehand. If you would like to bring in your own products, for those reasons then please do so.

  • If you’re not comfortable with the services, I provide after our consultations you have the right to refuse the service. However, you must pay 50% of the service that you booked for.

  • Please know that curly hair is my career and something I enjoy in life even though it’s fun to do this it is not a hobby, but what supports my life. Be kind of my time and energy as you would want the same done
